We take care of the following services
Contactless 3D Scanning
With optical scanning systems from GOM, we guarantee the non-contact, three-dimensional scanning service for the acquisition of surfaces of physical products of all types and sectors. Thanks to these structured light systems, we are able to scan from automotive moulds to works of art, sculptures without the need to touch the physical piece and therefore risk ruining it and with very high precision.
Once a physical model has been scanned, it is possible to modify, through three-dimensional modeling software, the mesh obtained, model it transformed into a mathematical CAD model, thus modifying its measurements and geometries for an accurate, precise and fast redesign.
From the Mesh obtained through the scan carried out it is possible to compare it with a CAD file verifying the construction tolerances, dimensions and geometries that form the component, generating a report in PDF format that certifies the production process, allowing companies to constantly monitor it, guaranteeing the quality of their products by reducing waste and production times.
Photogrammetry, dimensional and static analysis
We guarantee a photogrammetric acquisition service in support of three-dimensional acquisition using optical sensors mainly for moulds or large products, to optimize the results obtained and ensure maximum precision and accuracy of measurements by freezing a possible error by obtaining a network of reference points as the basis for the next three-dimensional scan or punctual size control.
Thanks to twenty years of experience we provide a consultancy service for rapid prototyping using technologically innovative systems such as three-dimensional printers or numerically controlled milling cutters. Thanks to innovative and high precision instrumentation it is possible to prototype any kind of geometry and materials, obtaining excellent finishes.
Environment 3D Scan (Laser Scan)
We take care of internal and external environmental scans using laser scanner systems or photogrammetry using drones. Obtaining a point cloud consisting of millions of points with the certainty of guaranteeing an accurate result. We provide this service mainly for: Architectural Survey, Cultural Heritage Documentation, Industrial Plant Survey, Augmented Virtual Reality, BIM.
FEM analysis related to MIDAS
The “finite element method” in English called FEM is a digital numerical technique that allows to find approximate solutions of problems described by differential equations to partial derivatives reducing the partial derivatives to a system of algebraic equations. This technique lends itself perfectly in the research and analysis of solutions in the Automotive or Aeronautical sectors for crash test simulations. We only deal with load tests and static and quasi-static structural tests.

Machine assembly and/or industrial equipment (Laser Tracker)
We assemble and assemble Laser Tracker sensors, which are used to scan large objects or for environmental and structural scans. The accuracy that these sensors can achieve is in the order of 0.025 mm, but it depends on the type of sensor and the brand of production.
3D Industrial Tomography - X Ray Dimensional analysis
We assemble and assemble Laser Tracker sensors, which are used to scan large objects or for environmental and structural scans. We also use sensors for three-dimensional industrial X-ray tomography (CT – Computed Tomography), useful for checking components and geometries inside a solid body.
Support of BIM designing
Building Information Modelling, acronym BIM, is a method for the optimization of planning, construction and management of buildings as the “digital representation of physical and functional characteristics of an object”. BIM is therefore neither a product nor a software but a “building information container” in which to insert graphic data (such as drawings) and specific technical attributes (such as data sheets and characteristics) also related to the expected life cycle. The use of BIM allows an effective control of the execution phases of the work – building, structural, plant engineering, managing the timing, solving interferences and bringing numerous advantages to builders and contractors.
