Thanks to these structured light systems, we are able to scan from automotive moulds to works of art, sculptures without the need to touch the physical piece and therefore risk ruining it and with very high precision.

Reverse Engineering

Once a physical model has been scanned, it is possible to modify, through three-dimensional modeling software, the mesh obtained, model it transformed into a mathematical CAD model, thus modifying its measurements and geometries for an accurate, precise and fast redesign.

Dimensional Control

From the Mesh obtained through the scan carried out it is possible to compare it with a CAD file verifying the construction tolerances, dimensions and geometries that form the component, generating a report in PDF format that certifies the production process, allowing companies to constantly monitor it, guaranteeing the quality of their products by reducing waste and production times.

Photogrammetry, dimensional and static analysis

We guarantee a photogrammetric acquisition service in support of three-dimensional acquisition using optical sensors mainly for moulds or large products, to optimize the results obtained and ensure maximum precision and accuracy of measurements by freezing a possible error by obtaining a network of reference points as the basis for the next three-dimensional scan or punctual size control.
